In April 07 I will be starting an assistant professor position at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. I am currently an HHMI research fellow at the Computational Neurobiology Lab at the Salk Institute with Terry Sejnowski. I did my PhD on sensory modeling in the Lab for Computational Vision at NYU with Eero Simoncelli . Prior to that, I did a psychophysics research project with Denis Pelli at NYU on identifying facial expressions using a noise masking paradigm. I did my Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Florida. There I worked with John Harris in the Computational NeuroEngineering Lab developing a model for localizing speech sources in the presence of echoes. I received my BS degree in Computer Science and Statistics in the School of Mathematical Sciences at Tel Aviv University. |
